We use GPS tracking, handle all renter verifications, and manage every trip start to finish to ensure your vehicle’s safety.
What about insurance?
All vehicles under Omni Rentals are covered by platform insurance (such as Turo’s) and our management agreement.
If an accident occurs, our team handles all communication, documentation, and claim processing — you never deal with renters directly.
What if my car gets stolen or damaged?
We use GPS tracking and require identity verification for every guest.
If an incident occurs, Omni immediately files the necessary reports and insurance claims.
You’re always kept informed and covered through the proper protection plan.
How much can I earn each month?
Earnings depend on your car type, location, and package.
Most owners earn between $900–$1,800 per month for standard vehicles and $2,000+ for premium models.
We’ll give you an exact estimate before you start.
Can I still use my car sometimes?
Yes! If you want limited access, we can block off certain dates or switch your car to a part-time plan.
Many owners test it for a few months, then go fully hands-off once they see the results.
Who handles cleaning and maintenance?
We do. Omni handles every wash, cleaning, and general maintenance like fluids, tires, and oil changes.

What happens if a renter smokes or leaves a mess?
We inspect and document your vehicle after every rental.
If guests violate policies, cleaning or damage fees are charged directly through the platform and paid back to you.
How and when do I get paid?
You’ll receive monthly direct deposits along with a detailed earnings report.
All revenue, expenses, and payouts are tracked transparently.
Where is my car stored?
All vehicles are housed at a secure, monitored location between trips.
We also offer private or garage storage options for long-term management.
What if there’s an accident or breakdown?
Omni manages the entire process — renter communication, towing, repairs, and claims.
You’ll always be informed but never need to handle it yourself.
Is there a minimum contract?
Our packages start at 1 month with options for 3- and 6-month terms.
You can start short-term and extend once you’re comfortable.
What types of vehicles qualify?
We typically accept vehicles 2015 or newer, under 100,000 miles, with a clean title and no major cosmetic damage.
Exceptions can be made for unique or specialty vehicles.
